How it all Began

Once upon a time, there was a passionate little Pole Dancer, who attended several studios and competitions across Victoria, in hopes to one day open her own studio and create her own brand.

Upon her journey, she was severely injured in a game of netball. Still determined, she continued her hunt for a location. Falling off her crutches at the inspection of a premises, she soon realised she would need to put her dreams on hold as it turned out she had 70-80% loss of functionality in her ankle, which would never recover.

She continued attending classes, and eventually became an instructor. Knowing her recovery process was extremely slow and probably the best it would get, she decided to compromise on her dreams, and opened her first studio in Craigieburn in 2016 through a Franchise with intentions to open 2 additional locations.

Feeling very held back, in 2019 she decided to part ways with the franchise, and continue to fulfill her dreams and goals that never seemed to have faded! It was then Pole Queens was truly born.

In May 2019, her Craigieburn location was rebranded from PhysiPole Studios Craigieburn to Pole Queens Craigieburn, and Aerial Silks were installed. In June 2019, she acquired her second location – Pole Queens Knoxfield (previously Pole Princess Knoxfield), and installed Aerial Hoops. In January 2020 she installed an adjustable aerial rig at Craigieburn, began offering Aerial Hoops, and acquired her third location – Pole Queens Sale (previously Storm Studios Sale). Sale had a huge make over, where she installed an adjustable aerial rig to be able to offer Pole, Silks, Hoops AND Hammocks. After opening for 2 weeks, all studios were closed as a result of the COVID pandemic! Surviving the 8 months of lockdown, she built a second Pole room at Craigieburn, and acquired her fourth location in May 2021 – Pole Queens Melton (previously En Pointe Aerial Academy)!

Like any dream or goal, and with an amazing and supportive team, the dreams and goals have continued to grow. Pole Queens will soon be available as a franchise, and expanding to many more locations!
